Benefits of use
Saving time in production
easy handling, color separation of individual parts and shorter subsequent processing.
Reduced production costs
reusability and reduced time-consuming production processes.
Higher quality of the final product
The stable properties of silicone contribute to a more accurate, reliable and high-quality result.
Use without adhesives and additional cleaning
there is no need to use adhesives or clean the threads, which simplifies the entire workflow.
Long-term electrical insulation stability
silicone retains its insulating properties, thereby increasing the reliability and durability of the resulting product.
Silicone - a material with exceptional properties for demanding applications
Silicone rubber in its liquid form is a synthetically produced mixture created by crosslinking polysiloxanes. The basis of all silicone rubbers is silicon. We use two-component liquid silicone rubber (LSR) of the highest quality.
The rubber is supplied in two components A and B, which are ready to use. After mixing the components, the mixture is cold injected into molds and vulcanized at high temperatures. Vulcanization turns this mixture into a silicone product with an excellent combination of properties and a wide range of applications. It is also possible to combine other materials with silicone (stainless steel, polycarbonate, plastics, textiles, etc.).
